Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Websites

Website development projects valued at more than $1,000 require a written agreement that clearly outlines the project scope, payment terms, timelines, revisions, and other applicable conditions.

For website development projects valued at $1,000 or less, clients are entitled to up to three (3) revisions of the approved mockups. Clients must provide feedback within five (5) business days of receiving each revision.

If the client does not provide feedback within the specified timeframe, Anivawebs reserves the right to charge an additional fee for further revisions or alterations.

2. Logos

Logo design revisions are provided according to the package purchased by the client. Clients are expected to provide feedback within three (3) business days of receiving the logo concepts or revisions.

Additional modifications requested after the specified feedback period or beyond the revisions included in the selected package may be subject to additional charges.

3. Ownership of the Work

Upon final approval of the completed artwork, logo, design, website, or other deliverables, and after receipt of the full final payment, ownership rights to the final deliverables will transfer to the client, subject to any third-party licenses or materials incorporated into the work.

Anivawebs reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, case studies, or other promotional materials unless the client and Anivawebs have agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Anivawebs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes may be made without prior notice where permitted by law.

By continuing to access or use our website or services after changes are published, you acknowledge and agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.

5. Copyrights & Trademarks

Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, the client retains ownership of the final original work created specifically for the client, subject to the terms of the applicable project agreement.

The client is responsible for ensuring that any trademarks, images, fonts, content, or other materials supplied by the client may legally be used for the project.

Anivawebs may use completed work for promotional and portfolio purposes unless the client has requested otherwise in writing.

6. Record Maintenance

Anivawebs may maintain copies of finalized project files, designs, and related records for up to six (6) months following project completion.

Clients may request copies of their final files during this period. After six (6) months, Anivawebs may permanently delete archived project files and is not responsible for retaining copies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Communication Policy

Anivawebs is responsible for communications conducted through the official email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact channels published on our website.

Clients should verify that communications claiming to represent Anivawebs originate from our official contact channels. We are not responsible for correspondence, requests, or transactions conducted through unauthorized or unofficial contact information.

8. Customer Support

We provide customer support to assist with service-related questions, project updates, technical concerns, and general inquiries.

For assistance, please contact us through the official contact information provided on the Anivawebs website.

9. Payment Dispute Terms

Anivawebs is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent payment process. If a client initiates a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal through their bank or payment provider without first contacting Anivawebs to resolve a legitimate billing issue, we reserve the right to suspend services while the matter is investigated.

Where appropriate, Anivawebs may request that the client provide supporting information regarding the dispute. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, unresolved payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of the project or services and may result in the recovery of outstanding amounts or reasonable costs associated with the dispute.

10. Completion and User Agreement Form

Upon completion of the agreed services, the client may be required to review and confirm acceptance of the completed work according to the approved project specifications.

Where a User Agreement or project completion form is required, the client should review and sign the form within the specified timeframe. Failure to provide the required confirmation may delay formal project closure, final handover, or other administrative steps.

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, credentials where necessary, and timely feedback required to complete their projects.

  • Provide accurate project information and requirements
  • Supply required content and materials on time
  • Review designs and deliverables promptly
  • Provide clear and consolidated feedback
  • Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule
  • Ensure supplied content does not infringe third-party rights

12. Project Delays

Project timelines may be affected by delayed client feedback, missing content, late payments, changes in project requirements, third-party services, or other circumstances outside Anivawebs's reasonable control.

Where delays occur because of client actions or circumstances outside our control, the original completion date may be adjusted accordingly.

13. Additional Work and Changes

Requests that fall outside the agreed project scope, included revisions, or original specifications may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

Additional work will generally be discussed with the client before the work is undertaken.
